Late Summer Yin Yoga & Acupuncture

Sunday September 22nd 3:30 - 5:00pm

This gentle practice is suitable to all levels. We begin with Yin Yoga and finish with an extended relaxation (savasana) with acupuncture.

We'll focus specifically on the Spleen and Stomach meridians as these are the dominant energy meridians in late summer, or "Fifth Season" as Traditional Chinese Medicine likes to call this time of year. Benefits include detoxification and enhanced digestion, leading to improved overall energy flow and a more joyful disposition, more balanced emotions, and greater flexibility and adaptability to change.

Cost is $35 in advance; $40 at the door. Space is limited to ensure individual attention, and this event often sells out -- please don't delay enrolling!
